The burst speed is constant regardless
of the transfer speed of the card.
The focus is xed when the rst picture
is taken. The exposure and the white
balance vary depending on the burst
mode setting. (When burst mode is set to
[ ], they are xed to the values set for
the rst picture and when the burst speed
is set to [ ], they are adjusted each
time you take a picture.)
When the self-timer is used, the number
of recordable pictures in burst mode is
xed to 3.
In burst mode, the ash setting is xed to
Forced FLASH OFF [ ].
Burst mode is not cancelled even when
the camera is turned off.
When the burst mode setting is set to
[ ], the burst speed becomes slower
halfway. (The exact timing of this depends
on the type of card and each settings.)
The burst speed may become slower if the
ISO sensitivity is set to high or in dark places.

If you are following a moving subject while
taking pictures in a place where there is
a large difference between the light and
shade, the exposure may not become
optimal.
If you take pictures in burst mode with
the built-in memory, it will take time to
write the picture data.
In burst mode, auto review is activated
even if the setting is off.
Burst mode cannot be set in [STARRY
SKY] and [HI-SPEED BURST] modes.
Auto bracket mode setting is cancelled
when [BURST] is activated.
