An error occurs when writing an
AVCHD Lite motion picture.

-Status of the drive where the OS is installed, or status of the drive specified as work
area is affected.
Defragment as necessary. To defragment, select [My Computer] in the Start menu
and right click the icon of the hard disk drive, and select [Properties] [Tools]
[Defragment Now] [Defragment]. However, do not defragment while this software
is running.
-Other software is running.
Exit other software. It may fail to record or destroy the disc. (Do not use software
that will use a lot of memory, such as software that will write DVD/CD, or record or
encode motion pictures.)
-Software that uses drives, such as DVD writing software from another company or
packet write software, or an ASPI driver is installed.
Uninstall all such software and drivers, and reinstall this software.
-Other software with UDF disc read function is installed.
Temporarily stop the function or uninstall the other software with UDF disc read
function.
-Multiple hardware programs are connected.
Disconnect other USB devices such as SD card reader and check the operation.
(Especially when recording using external drives.) However, do not connect or
disconnect while recording.
-Camera, drive, hard disk, or SD card adaptor is connected with the USB connection.
Use other USB port. (Such as the USB port on back plane of the PC)
-Firmware of the drive (control program recorded on the main unit) is affected.
Update the firmware of the PC and drive to the most current one. (There may be
updates of the firmware on the Websites.)
-CD recording function standard to OS is affected.
Disable the function.
