5 After the Top menu creation window is started, set

Adding data to an memory card or DVD-RAM

Motion picture can be added in AVCHD standard to

memory cards or DVD-RAM which already contain data

recorded in the AVCHD standard. (When setting and

selecting the media, a confirmation message about

adding data will appear. Select [Yes] to enter the Data

Addition Mode.)

• If [No] is selected, pictures cannot be recorded.

• To cancel Data Addition Mode, click [ ] or remove the

media.

6 Perform setting of recording destination, top menu.

1 Select the recording destination.

2 Check whether data is properly stored in recording

destination.

• If the data is not stored, the excess portion will be

displayed in red.

• Top menu cannot be created when recording to a

memory card. Proceed to step 7 after confirming

the motion pictures.
