When “DLNA Function” is deactivated
make the following settings.
1 While stopped
Press [FUNCTION MENU].
2 Select “Others”, then press [OK].
3 Select “Setup”, then press [OK].
4 Select “Network”, then press [OK].
5 Select “Network Settings”, then press [OK].
6 Select “Home Network ( DLNA ) Settings”, then
press [OK].
7 Select “Home Network ( DLNA ) function”, then
press [OK].
8 Select “On”, then press [OK].
“Power Save in Standby” in the Setup is set to
“Off”. (> 84)
9 Select “Registration type for remote devices”, then
press [OK].
: Select “Automatic” or “Manual”, then press [OK].
To register equipment manually
After selecting
Manualin step : (> left)
1 Select “Named devices” or “Unnamed devices”,
then press [OK].
2 Named devices
Select “Add new device” then press [OK].
Unnamed devices
Select the MAC Address for the connected
equipment, then press [OK].
3 Select “Yes”, then press [OK].
4 Access this unit from the connected DLNA
compatible equipment within 10 minutes.
To deregister equipment
After selecting Manualin step : (> left)
1 Select “Named devices” or “Unnamed devices”,
then press [OK].
2 Select the equipment, then press [OK].
3 Select
Yes ”.
To set the name of this unit for displaying on the
connected equipment
After performing step 8 (> left)
1 Select “Setting device name”, then press [OK].
2 Select “Select from a preset list” or “Create name”,
then press [OK].
3 Select from a preset list
Select the preset name, then press [OK].
4 Create name
Enter the name. (> 74, Entering text)
Automatic All connected devices on the
same network can access this
unit.
4 Panasonic DLNA compatible
equipment and 12 Non-
Panasonic DLNA compatible
equipment will be automatically
registered.
Equipment registered earliest
will be deregistered when the
5th Panasonic DLNA compatible
equipment or 13th Non-
Panasonic DLNA compatible
equipment is connected to this
unit.
Ensure that the router for your
home network has adequate
security system to prevent
unauthorized access.
