• Programmes to be recorded with Keyword recording
(> right) are not displayed.
Keyword Recording
• Programmes that are set to be recorded automatically with
Keyword Recording are not displayed on the Timer
Recording confirmation screen. (> 40) (> 42, “To display
the list of programmes found with the set keyword”)
• When a search brings up too many programmes, we
recommend revising the search settings.
• On the TV Guide screen, up to 128 programmes are
displayed with the Keyword Recording icon “F” (blue).

Red: Timer recording standby is
activated.
Grey: Timer recording standby is
deactivated.

A part or all of the programme will not
be recorded since the programme is
overlapping.
The HDD is full.
Copy-protected programme
It was not recorded.
The recording of the programme was
not completed because of some
reason.
Auto Renewal Recording is set

Displayed if timer recording of two
encrypted programmes is
overlapping.
(When “Recording for Encrypted
Channel” is set to “Decrypt
Recording” only) (> 90)
A part or all of the programme will not
be recorded since the encrypted
programme is overlapping.

Displayed if the recording can fit in the
remaining space
(Date)
Daily or weekly timer programme is
set.
• The timer remains active until the
date indicated below .
It may not be possible to record
because:
- there is not enough space left.
- the number of possible programmes
has reached its maximum. (> 24)
- programmes are deactivated, etc.
The unit can find programmes that include
specified keywords from programme names and
programme information on TV Guide, and record
the programmes automatically.
• This unit can record two programmes being
broadcasted at the same time.

1 On the TV Guide screen:
Select the programme for keyword
recording and press the blue button.
2 Select the items and change the items if
necessary.
• Refer to “Keyword Recording conditions”.

3 Select “Set”, then press [OK].
4 Press [OK].
The Keyword Recording icon “F” (blue) is
displayed on the TV Guide screen.
