10.5 QUICK-JOB feature
You can pre-program frequently used scan/copy types (up to 3 for each). The following setting items can be pre-
programmed:

Programming the QUICK-JOB items
For 2-line LCD models ( ):
1. Set the unit to a desired mode (scan or copy).
2. /QUICK JOB
3. Select the desired item.
4. Select the desired setting. OK/SET
• To set other items, repeat steps 3 and 4.
• The dial keypad can be used for the setting, depending on the item.
5. Press /STOP repeatedly to exit.
For touch panel models ( ):
1. /QUICK JOB
2. Tap the "Settings" next to a desired item.
3. Select "COPY" or "SCAN".
4. Select the desired setting.
Scanning/making copies using the pre-programmed setting
For 2-line LCD models ( ):
1. Set the unit to a desired mode (scan or copy).
2. /QUICK JOB
3. Select the desired setting number (1-3).
4. /START
For touch panel models ( ):

2. Select the desired setting number.
• QUICK-JOB starts automatically.
