The remote control through function and IR repeater function
This unit is provided with a remote control through function and IR repeater function. These functions are used when this unit is
installed apart from the HD Visual Communication Unit so that the HD Visual Communication Unit can be operated using this
unit’s remote controller signal receiver to receive signals from the remote controller.
Regular remote control operations
The signals of the remote controller are received directly by the receiver of the HD Visual Communication Unit, and the
operations corresponding to the signals are performed. (The receivers of the camera are not used in cases like this.)

Remote controller operations using the remote control through function
The remote controller signal receiver of this unit receives the signals from the remote controller. The HD Visual Communication
Unit and this unit are operated via the HDMI cable.

 To turn on the remote control through function, you must perform the settings for the HD Visual Communication Unit. For
details on how to select the settings, refer to the operating instructions of the HD Visual Communication Unit to be connected.
 There may be a delay in the remote control through function due to repetition of operation. If such delays in operation pose a
problem, use the IR repeater function (page 14).
