∫ To adjust the magnification window's
magnification level or position with the
Multi Manual Dial
1 Push and hold the Multi Manual Dial.
≥ A portion of the screen will be magnified.
2 Push the Multi Manual Dial.
≥ / will be selected and highlighted in yellow.
≥ Each push of the Multi Manual Dial switches the selected
icon(s).
/ # / # / # [EXIT] # No selection
≥ If you touch the screen, the icon selection will be cancelled.
3 Rotate the Multi Manual Dial to make
adjustments.
≥ Focus is not adjusted.
≥ The magnification window disappears when [EXIT] is selected.
≥ Some information on the screen disappears when the screen is magnified.
≥ The magnification window is not displayed on the actual recorded images.
≥ The magnification window is not displayed on TVs.
≥ The Sub Window is not displayed when the magnification window is displayed.
≥ The magnification window disappears in the following cases:
j When you start recording a motion picture
j When you continue to zoom in until you enter the digital zoom range
≥ The magnification window is not displayed in the following cases:
j When recording a motion picture or during PRE-REC
j During digital zoom
j When recording yourself
≥ If you rotate the LCD monitor to face forward to record yourself while the magnification window is
displayed, the operations below cannot be performed. Return the direction of the LCD monitor to
normal position and before performing these operations.
j Changing the magnification window’s magnification level or position
j Exiting the magnification window
