≥ Depending on the following conditions, the time it takes for copying may be longer.
j The number of recorded scenes is large.
j The temperature of the unit is high.
≥ If some motion pictures or still pictures have already been recorded to the copy destination, then
the same date may be assigned or images may not display by date when the list by date is
selected.
≥ [SELECT SCENES] and [SELECT DATE] cannot be selected for 24p scenes. In addition, 24p
scenes cannot be converted and copied.
≥ When the following types of scenes are converted to MP4 scenes and copied, scenes exceeding
4 GB (approx.) or 30 minutes (approx.) will be automatically divided:
j 4K MP4 scenes
j Scenes recorded with [1080/50M] of [MP4]
j AVCHD scenes
j Scenes recorded as Backup for Twin Camera
≥ Motion pictures that have been recorded on another device may not be copied. Data recorded on
a PC with HD Writer AE 5.4, etc. cannot be copied.
≥ The settings for the copied motion pictures and still pictures will be cleared if the protected motion
pictures or still pictures are copied.
≥ The order in which the scenes or still pictures were copied cannot be changed.
Approximate time for copying
When copying a recorded motion picture of full 4 GB size:
Approx. 5 minutes to 15 minutes
When performing [ ] on a recorded 1080/50p motion picture of full 4 GB
size:
Approx. 10 minutes to 20 minutes
When performing [ ] on a recorded AVCHD (HA) motion picture of full 4 GB
size:
Approx. 15 minutes to 30 minutes
When performing [ ] on a recorded 4K MP4 (2160) motion picture of full 4 GB
size:
Approx. 9 minutes to 14 minutes
When performing [ ] on a recorded MP4 (1080/50M) motion picture of full 4 GB
size:
Approx. 5 minutes to 10 minutes
To copy approx. 600 MB still pictures (Picture size ):
Approx. 5 minutes to 15 minutes
If you will delete the motion pictures or still pictures after copying is complete, be sure to
play back the motion pictures or still pictures to check that they have been copied to
correctly before deleting.
