A Zoom bar
≥ Maximum zoom ratio for recording motion pictures can be set with [ZOOM MODE]. (l 101)
∫ Zoom operations with the Manual ring ( series/ series)
You can also perform zoom operations by rotating the Manual ring.
≥ In Manual Mode, change the Manual ring setting to [ZOOM]. (l 80)
≥ You can set the desired zoom direction in [ZOOM RING SET] in the Setup menu.
≥ This function’s default setting is [ T].

The zoom bar is displayed during the zoom operation.
∫ About the zoom speed
≥ The zoom speed varies depending on the range over which the zoom lever is moved.
≥ The zoom operation using the zoom button icons will be performed at a constant speed
respectively.
