Prilikom povezivanja s HDMI-kabelom s pomoću pretvornika HDMI-u-DVI i sl., HDMI kabel
mora se posljednji povezati s priključkom ovog uređaja.
Ako se HDMI-kabel prvo poveže s priključkom ovog uređaja, može doći do kvara.
● Ovaj uređaj nije kompatibilan s funkcijom VIERALink.
● Upotrebljavajte komercijalno dostupan HDMI-kabel velike brzine. Ako je to moguće,
preporučujemo upotrebu kabela duljine 3 m ili manje.
● Ako povežete ovaj uređaj s vanjskim monitorom dok je uređaj postavljen na način snimanja,
može se čuti zvuk škripanja*. Prije spajanja uređaja, postavite ga na način reprodukcije.
* Mikrofon može snimiti zvuk iz zvučnika i tako proizvesti neobičan zvuk.

Gledanje slika na vanjskom monitoru (4:3) ili kada se obje strane
slike ne pojavljuju na zaslonu
Promijenite postavke izbornika za ispravan prikaz slika. (Provjerite postavku vanjskog monitora.)
Odaberite izbornik.
: [OUTPUT SETUP] (Postavljanje izlaza) → [RESOLUTION] (Razlučivost) →
[DOWN CONV.] (Pretvaranje)
: [OUTPUT SETUP] → [DOWN CONV.] → željena postavka
[SIDE CROP]
(Bočno obrezivanje):
Reproducira slike tako da odgovaraju visini zaslona vanjskog
monitora.
[LETTERBOX]
(Stil letterbox):
Reproducira slike tako da odgovaraju širini zaslona vanjskog
monitora.
[SQUEEZE] (Stisnuto): Prikazivanje slike sažimanjem u vodoravnom smjeru da bi pristajala
na zaslon.
● Ova se stavka ksno postavlja na [SQUEEZE] u sljedećim slučajevima:
– kada je [RECFORMAT] (Format snimanja) postavljen na postavku s veličinom UHD (3840 x 2160)
– kada je [REC FORMAT] (Format snimanja) postavljen na [SA 480/59.94i] ili [SA 576/50.00i]
Primjer slika formata [17:9] ili [16:9] na vanjskom monitoru (4:3):

[LETTERBOX] [SQUEEZE]
● Kada je funkcija [DOWN CONV.] postavljena na [SIDE CROP], bočne stranice slike bit će
izrezane, zbog čega će neke ikone na vanjskom monitoru biti skrivene sa zaslona vanjskog
monitora.

Prikaz informacija na zaslonu vanjskog monitora
Kada se postavka u izborniku promijeni, informacije prikazane na zaslonu (funkcijska ikona, prikaz
brojača i sl.) prikazuju se / ne prikazuju na vanjskom monitoru.

≥ This unit is not compatible with the VIERA Link.
≥ Use a commercially-available High Speed HDMI cable.
If possible, we recommend using a cable with a length of 3 m or less.
≥ If you connect this unit to the external monitor when this unit is set to Recording Mode, a
squealing sound

may be output. Before connecting this unit, set it to Playback Mode.
* The microphone may pick up the sound from the speakers, producing an abnormal sound.
∫ To watch images on an external monitor (4:3) or when both sides of
the images do not appear on the screen
Change the menu setting to display the images correctly. (Check the external monitor setting.)
Select the menu.
≥ This item is fixed to [SQUEEZE] in the following cases:
j When [REC FORMAT] is set to a setting with a size of UHD (3840k2160)
j When [REC FORMAT] is set to [SA 480/59.94i] or [SA 576/50.00i]
Example of images with a [17:9] or [16:9] aspect ratio on an external monitor (4:3):
≥ When [DOWN CONV.] is set to [SIDE CROP], the sides of an image will be cut off, causing some
icons on the external monitor to be hidden from the external monitor screen.
∫ To display the on-screen information on the external monitor
When the menu setting is changed, the information displayed on the screen (operation icon and
Counter display etc.) can be displayed/not displayed on the external monitor.
When connecting with an HDMI cable using an HDMI-to-DVI converter, etc., be sure to
connect the HDMI cable to the connector of this unit last.
Connecting the HDMI cable to the connector of this unit first may result in malfunction.
