The alert sound and
shutter sound are low.
This is for ensuring the waterproof performance of this unit,
and not a malfunction. Opening and closing the side cover will
restore the original volume.
Power
Problem Check points
This unit cannot be turned
on.
This unit does not stay on
long enough.
Battery runs down quickly.
Charge the battery again to ensure it is sufficiently charged.

In cold places, the battery using time becomes shorter.
If the operating time is very short even after the battery has
been recharged sufficiently, the battery has worn out. Consult
with your dealer.
Recording
Problem Check points
This unit arbitrarily stops
recording.
Use a microSD card that can be used for motion picture
recording. (l 14)
The recordable time may have shortened due to the
deterioration of the data writing speed or repeated recording
and deletion. Using this unit, format the microSD card. (l 20)
If you use a microSD card with a SD Speed Class Rating
lower than Class 6 in [SLOW MOTION] (l 31), recording
may stop suddenly. (l 14)
If you use a microSD card with a SD Speed Class Rating
lower than Class 10 when [PIXELS / FRAME RATE] (l 32) is
set to [3840k2160/25p], recording may stop suddenly. (l 14)
Colour balance of images
is strange when recording
in a place such as a
gymnasium.
In a place with multiple light sources, such as a gymnasium or
a hall, set the White Balance setting to (Indoor 2). If you
cannot record clearly with the (Indoor 2), set it with
[CUSTOM]. (l 35)
Recorded motion pictures
flicker.
Horizontal lines appear in
recorded images.
If you record an image with [1280k720/100fps] or [848k480/
200fps] in [SLOW MOTION], flickering or horizontal lines may
appear under fluorescent lighting. (l 32)
