Station 2 (Sender):
1 Press .
2 Press or until the arrow points
to “Send Phonebook”, then press .
•The phonebook is displayed.
3 Press . Press or until the
arrow points to “Copy Forward”, then
press .
•“Copy Proceeding” is on the display
and all forwarded information in the
phonebook is copied.
•After copying is completed, a beep sounds
and “Copy Complete” is displayed.
•After a few seconds, the display will return
to intercom call.
•If “Copy Incomplete” is displayed, the
receiver handset memory is full.
•If “Copy Failure” is displayed, the
receiver and/or sender did not prepare for
copying within 60 seconds.
Station 1 (Receiver):
1 During an intercom call, press .
2 Press or until the arrow points
to “Recv Phonebook”, then press .
•“Copy Proceeding” is on the display.
To copy all caller information in the phonebook
