Checking the Day / Night Service Status

You can manage your system under different

conditions for either day time (business hours) or

night time (after business hours).

• Any extension user can check the status.

• The Night button light shows the current status as follows:

Off: Day mode

Red: Night mode

Customising Your Phone

• Customising the Buttons

Create or re-arrange a Night button.

Turning on the Background Music

You can listen to background music through your telephone speaker while on-hook.

An external music source, such as a radio, must be connected.
