CALL FORWARDING FEATURES SUMMARY
Description
Call forwarding enables you to have your calls forwarded to a specified destination. You may
specify the circumstances under which your calls are forwarded. The following Call
Forwarding features are available:
Call Forwarding All Calls
Call Forwarding Busy
Call Forwarding Busy/No Answer
Call Forwarding by ISDN Line
Call Forwarding Follow Me
Call Forwarding from Hunting Group
Call Forwarding No Answer
Call Forwarding to CO Line
Assignable forwarding destinations are: (1) extension, (2) ISDN extension, (3) Hunting Group,
or (4) Voice Mail extension.
There can be up to 4 stages of Call Forwarding. The fifth stage will be disregarded. If
disregarded, the call will be treated according to the condition of the fourth destination. It is
only possible to call an original extension or Hunting Group from the destination extension or
Hunting Group immediately before it (Boss Secretary function).

Conditions
Although calls are forwarded, Message Waiting is not. The MESSAGE button indicator is
lit on the extension which was originally called.
Setting this function cancels any other Call Forwarding functions.
Intelligent Call Handling 1:N calls can only be forwarded 1 stage.
If the final destination of the Call Forwarding is Voice Processing System, the mailbox
number of the extension which was originally called is automatically sent (Follow On ID),
even if it is forwarded more than 1 stage.
The call will not return to the calling extension by the call Forwarding function.
