Call Hold, Exclusive — Intercom
Description
Allows the extension user to prevent any other extension users from retrieving a held intercom
call. Only the user who held it can retrieve the call.
Conditions
• Only 1 intercom call can be placed on Call Hold or Exclusive Call Hold at a time.
• If a call on hold is not retrieved in a specific period of time, Hold Recall results. After Hold
Recall results, the held call can be retrieved from any other extension.
• Call hold tone is sent to the party on hold. If Music on Hold is active, music is sent to the
party on hold.
