Department Codes
Description
A department code is used to identify outgoing outside calls on an extension basis for
accounting and billing purpose. The department code is automatically appended to the Station
Message Detail Recording (SMDR) call record without entering the code.
Conditions
• The department code is assigned up to 5 digits on an extension basis.
