Call options
Setting call restriction
You can restrict selected handsets from
dialling certain numbers. You can assign up
to 6 phone numbers to be restricted, and
select which handsets will be restricted.
Storing area codes here will prevent the
restricted handsets from dialling any phone
number in that area code.

4 Enter the base unit PIN (default:
0000).
5 Set which handsets will be restricted by
pressing the desired handset number.
L All the registered handset numbers
will be displayed.
L Flashing numbers indicate call
restriction is turned on for the
corresponding handset.
L To turn call restriction off for a handset,
press the number again. The number
will stop flashing.

8 Enter the phone number or area code to
be restricted (8 digits max.). i

L To erase a restricted number, press
{C/T}.

L If you select the desired country in step 4,
the following default settings will be
changed for the selected country’s default
settings:
Message centre 1 and 2 (page 25)
Recall time (page 19)
Language (page 16)
SMS on/off (page 25)
Language used for answering system
announcements (KX-TG7120 only)
L After changing the unit’s region
setting/resetting the base unit, w will flash
on the handset momentarily. This is
normal. The handset can be used once w
stops flashing.
