L The outside call rings at the other
handset.
Note:
L If the other handset user does not answer
the call within 1 minute, the call will ring at
your handset again.
Copying phonebook
entries
You can copy handset phonebook entries
(page 19) to the shared phonebook or to the
handset phonebook of another compatible
Panasonic handset.
Note:
L Category settings for phonebook entries
are not copied.
Copying one entry
1 Find the desired handset phonebook
entry (page 19). i K
2 “Copy” i L
3 Select the copy destination. i L
L When an entry has been copied,
“Completed” is displayed.
L To continue copying another entry:
“Yes” i L i Find the desired
handset phonebook entry. i M

Copying all entries between handset
phonebooks
1 ■ KX-TG9120/KX-TG9140 (no USB
adaptor registered):
n (left soft key) i J
■ KX-TG9150 or USB adaptor
registered model:
J (centre of joystick) i 3 i L

2 “Copy All” i L
3 Select the copy destination. i L
L The shared phonebook cannot be
selected. Entries can only be copied
to the shared phonebook one at a
time.
L When all entries have been copied,
“Completed” is displayed.
