Mix yeast with water and add during the

before processing may result in flaking and
premature rising). If dough mix still appears
flaky after initial processing, add 1 tsp of
water into the mix. When large vibrations
occur due to dough mix wrapping around the
Drive Shaft, add 1 tbsp of flour. Do not
reprocess the dough after the process is
complete, if the dough is not satisfactory,
knead by hand.
