5.3.1 A VSI cannot be up in LDP signaling mode

VPLS in LDP signaling mode is configured on both PE1 and PE2. After the configuration, the
VSI cannot be Up.
Fault analysis
Step 1 Check the status of the VSI on PE1 and that on PE2.
Use the display vsi verbose command.
The display on PE1 is as follows:
