This multi=use system not only allows the
hearing impaired to enjoy selected
programs, but also allows one to watch
programs with the volume muted.
1 Press ACTION to display MAiN
2 Press _T_ to setect "TV,"

4 Press AT to select "CAPTION",
8 Press SET to disptay CAPTION
screen.
6 Press &T to select "CAPTION
MODE°"
7 Press SET repeatedly to select mode.

A narration of selected TV programs is
dispIayea.
Check TV program listings for CC (Closed
Caption) broadcasts.
Caption Mode: TEXT 01 or C2
Most of the screen will be blocked out.
When the TV station broadcasts
