IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed including the following: 1. Read all instructions. 2. Do not touch hot surfaces. To prevent the risk of fire, eiectric shock, or personai injury, observe the foliowing instructions. Before use, remove the paper located between the cast heater and the pan. How to cook Measure rice with the measuring cup provided. Then rinse the rice thoroughly using other container.
