Connecting the wireless surround speakers
Connection
How to insert the digital transmitter

Press the dents on both sides with
force.

Remove the cover.

Connecting the wireless surround speakers
The surround speakers are not included.
You can connect left and right surround speakers wirelessly by using Panasonic SH-FX70 (a set consisted of a digital transmitter
and a wireless system sold separately) with the system.
To use these options, insert the digital transmitter into the system’s digital transmitter terminal and connect surround speakers to
SH-FX70’s wireless system. See SH-FX70’s operating instructions for details.
See page 17 for sound eld effects when the wireless surround speakers are connected.
Surround speakers (left, right): Place them slightly at the back right and left of the listening-viewing position.

Set the distance from each speaker to the listening-viewing position. ( page 21)
You can adjust the delayed time of the sound arriving at the listening-viewing position.
Note
When the system is turned on ( page 16) after the digital transmitter is inserted, the digital transmitter is detected and “ ” lights
up on the display.
(Blinks during detecting operation and lights when detected.)

“ ” lights on while the digital transmitter is inserted, but in the following cases, it goes off or ashes.
OFF: When the surround playback using the wireless surround speakers is not possible such as when the playback mode is
stereo (2-channel) or the multi-channel broadcasting including digital terrestrial broadcasting (DTTV) is received.
Flashing: When electric waves are cut off (When SH-FX70 is off)
