INGREDIENTS
• 190mls water
• 1tsp cider vinegar
• 60ml oil
• 1 egg + 1 egg white
(save the yolk for the glaze)
• 450g gluten free bread flour
• 1tsp sugar
• 1tsp salt
• 1 ½ tsp yeast
FOR THE TOPPING
• Tomato pizza Sauce topping
• 50g – 75g Cheddar cheese
• 50g – 75g Goats cheese
• 70g prosciutto

CHEESE PIZZA

1. Place all the above ingredients into the bread
pan in the order listed above.
2. Set the breadmaker to PIZZA DOUGH program,
45mins
3. Remove the dough from the pan using a spatula,
the dough will be a little sticky so lightly flour the
worktop and your hands
4. Shape into 2 thin pizza bases
5. Pre-heat the oven to CONVECTION 220 ºC
for 10-12mins
6. Remove the bases from the oven, spread the
pizza sauce topping over the base and sprinkle
the cheddar cheese. Arrange the goats cheese
and prosciutto over the top and bake for a further
10 – 15 mins, until lightly golden and the cheese
has melted.
