The equipment installers can check
the IP addresses to ensure that
there are no IP conflicts
A duplicate IP address has
been detected. Check the IP
addresses of other devices
such as computers, routers etc
to ensure that they do not use
the same IP address.

Check the connection to the router,
disconnect and reconnect. In some
cases it may be necessary to reset
the router by powering off, waiting
30 seconds and powering back on
again. Reset the TV by powering off
and back on again.
A connection failure has
occurred and the router is no
longer responding

“Gateway does not answer
Please confirm connection to
the router”
The Ethernet cable is required for
future interactive services and
needs to be connected when using
these services. Ensure that the
cable is plugged into both the TV
and the broadband router/ hub and
that the hub light is on. Try another
cable if this does not resolve the
problem
The Ethernet cable is not
plugged into the network or the
TV or the cable is defective.

Press “OK” to download the new
version or press “EXIT” to ignore the
new software.

Use “OK” to search for new
programmes or “Exit” to ignore the
message. The New Service
Message can be deactivated in the
DVB tuning menu to prevent the
message from appearing. It will still
be possible to manually search for
new programmes from the “Add new
DVB services” setting in the same
menu.
There may be new
programmes available but this
message will appear each time
a change is made to the
broadcaster’s service
