Daily and Weekly Timer Programmes
While in the Date field of the DVB Timer
Programming menu, you can select various
options to determine how often a recording
should be made. Press the down cursor
button repeatedly to access the following
options:
Daily Su-- Sa
The recording device will record at the same
time every day.
Daily Mo--Sa
The recording device will record at the same
time each day from Monday to Saturday.
Daily Mo--Fr
TherecordingdevicewillrecordatthesametimeeachdayfromMondaytoFriday.
Weekly Sa, Fr, Th, We, Tu, Mo, or Su
Therecordingdevicewillrecordatthesametimeonthesamedayeachweek.
Note:
If new timer programme data overlaps any part of an existing timer programme, the message “Timer Incorrect” will be
displayed and the new data will be cleared. If overlapping data is entered using the Timer function on the TV Guide
menu (see page 12), the message “Timer overlap with other timer!” will appear.
Encrypted Programmes
In the future, some DVB programmes may be “encrypted”. This means that the DVB programme cannot be viewed
or recorded unless you have the correct Common Interface module to decode the programme.
When you attempt to view or set Timer recording of an encrypted programme and you have no CI module
inserted, a message will appear on screen.
