Digital TV
Before requesting service or assistance, please follow these simple guides to
solve the problem.
If the problem still persists, please contact your local Panasonic dealer for
assistance.

Due to the digital reception technologies involved, quality of the digital
signals may be relatively low in some cases, despite good reception of
analogue channels.
No satellite channel is found
●
Set LNB Frequency to suit your environment.
Watching > Tuning and editing channels > Channel Scan
Unable to receive signals with a high-performance aerial
●
Install an aerial individually for the TV and VCR (or use a splitter).
Interference or frozen / disappearing image
●
Check System Information. If the level of Signal Quality is low, check aerial
or dish.
Watching > Tuning and editing channels > System Information
●
Turn the TV off with Mains Power On / Off switch, then turn it on again.
No programmes shown on Program Guide
●
Check the digital transmitter.
●
Adjust the direction of the aerial or dish to another transmitter installed
nearby.
