Voice Control function does not work

Confirm the remote control is paired with this TV and the name of remote
control is displayed on Accessories in Settings. If the remote control is not
displayed, set Pairing Start in Remote Control.

Voice Control function may not work properly depending on the
pronunciation, noise and network environment.

Check the connections and settings.

LED does not turn to red in Standby mode
●
LED turns to orange in Standby mode in the following conditions:
– Recording is in progress.
– Timer Programming is set.
When pushed with a finger, the display panel moves slightly and makes a
noise
●
There is a little gap around the panel to prevent damage to the panel. This
is not a malfunction.
