Note
When you start the Voice Control function, the sound level of the TV
becomes low.
The Voice Control function may not work properly in the following
conditions:
Not pronouncing words clearly and correctly
Speaking too loudly or too quietly.
Surrounded by loud background noise.
It is recommended to speak within approx. 15 cm from the microphone of
the remote control.
The design and specifications are subject to change without notice.
A broadband network environment is required to use this function because
this function accesses the speech recognition server with the internet
connection. Even if you have the internet environment, this function may
not be available depending on the proxy setting. Please connect to the
internet without proxy settings. (Proxy settings are not required for normal
household use. For details of the internet environment, consult your
Internet Service Provider (ISP) or telecommunications company.)
If using the 2.4 GHz band on the wireless router, simultaneous use with
the remote control may result in connection interruptions. If your wireless
router supports 5 GHz band, try using the 5 GHz band. If you have a wired
LAN connection, try using the wired LAN connection.
