Ensure that Dual Tuner Mode is set to On in LNB Configuration to display
DVB-S both in two windows.
(Only for dual tuner model)
Watching > Tuning and editing channels > Auto Setup

Data services are not available in multi window.

You cannot change the aspect ratio in multi window.

External input mode can only be displayed either on the main screen or
sub screen.

HDMI is available for the main screen.

Some signals are reformatted for suitable viewing on your display.

Playback in fast-forward or in reverse on the sub screen may affect the
picture quality on the main screen.
