Before requesting service or assistance, please follow these simple guides to
solve the problem.
If the problem still persists, please contact your local Panasonic dealer for
assistance.
Restart if needed
●
If the problem occurs on TV such as “No image”, “No sound”, “Cannot
connect to the network”, “Cannot operate the TV”, etc., the restart as
following procedure may improve the problem.
1. Press Mains Power On / Off switch on this unit to display the operation
guide.
2. Press Mains Power On / Off switch to select Restart.
3. Press and hold Mains Power On / Off switch for approx. 3 seconds.

TV automatically restarts.
●
You can also restart the TV by selecting Settings > Device Preferences
> Reboot from the menu.
HDMI CEC function does not work and an error message appears
●
Check the connections.
Functions > HDMI CEC > CEC connection
●
Turn the connected equipment on and then switch the TV on.
Functions > HDMI CEC
Parts of the TV become hot
●
Parts of the TV may become hot. These temperature rises do not pose
any problems in terms of performance or quality.
