In each Viewing Mode, Contrast, Brightness, Colour, Tint, Sharpness, Colour Temperature, Vivid Colour, Ambient Sensor, Noise Reduction, MPEG Remaster, Resolution Remaster, Caption Smoother, Brilliance Enhancer, Intelligent Frame Creation and 24p Smooth Film can be adjusted and stored. When in Custom or Professional1 / 2 mode, Advanced Settings can be adjusted additionally. The settings in Custom or Professional1 / 2 mode can be stored for each input. ●● You can set Viewing Mode in 2D and 3D mode for each.
Aspect Change the aspect ratio (image size) with ASPECT. ■■To change the aspect ratio manually 1. Display Aspect Selection list with ASPECT 2. Timer Programming The Timer Programming menu allows you to choose programmes that you want to remind watching or record to the USB HDD. At the correct time, the TV will tune to the correct channel even if the TV is in Standby mode. 1. Select the forthcoming programme or channel with press OK to access 2. Select USB HDD Rec.
■■Signal Supported Recording (Timer Programming from the TV Guide signal) Signal Supported Recording is Timer Programming which is controlled by information from the TV Guide; if programme start and end times are changed by the broadcaster, the timer programming event will follow the change. Note that Signal Supported Recording only works reliably if correct information is received from broadcasters. ●● The availability of this function depends on the country and TV mode you select.

■■List mode In List mode, four differently coloured page numbers are situated on the bottom of the screen. Each of these numbers can be changed and stored in the TV’s memory. Watching Teletext Viewing Teletext 3D Note ●● Display the image (TV, external input, etc.) full-screen for viewing 3D. ●● If light appears to flicker under fluorescents or dimmers when using the 3D Eyewear, change the setting of 3D Refresh Rate.
●● Mode change – Press and hold for approx. 1 second to change the mode between 3D and 2D (view a 3D image in 2D). – When power is off, press and hold for approx. 5 seconds to change to registration mode. Watching ●● 3D 3D Eyewear - Registration Indicator lamp – Lights or flashes during use to show the status (see below). Protection film – Peel off the protection film on both side of the lens. Insulating sheet Battery cover – When using for the first time, remove the insulating sheet.
■■Storing and cleaning the 3D Eyewear ●● Store the 3D Eyewear in a cool, dry place. ●● Clean using a soft, dry cloth. – Wiping the 3D Eyewear with a cloth that is covered in dust or dirt may scratch the eyewear. Shake off any dust from the cloth before use. – The lens of the 3D Eyewear is easily broken. Be careful when cleaning the lens. ●● Do not use benzene, thinner or wax on the 3D Eyewear, otherwise this may cause peeling of the paint. ●● Do not dunk the 3D Eyewear in liquid such as water.
3D Eyewear - Replacing battery When the battery is running low, the indicator lamp flashes 5 times on turning the 3D Eyewear on. In this case, early battery replacement is recommended. ●● Dispose of the old batteries as non-burnable rubbish, or in line with the waste disposal regulations in your local area. 1. Remove the battery cover using pen tip or screwdriver (minus -) etc. 2. Replace the battery (coin-shaped lithium battery CR2025) ●● If difficulty, remove it with the tip of the driver.
1. Turn the 3D Eyewear on and put it on ●● Connection status and battery status are displayed on the bottom right of the screen. 2. View the 3D images ●● Safety precautions will be displayed when you first watch the 3D image. Select Yes or No to continue to view 3D images. 3D Refresh Rate (Auto / 100Hz / 120Hz) Reduces juddering and flicker noises of the 3D images when using the 3D Eyewear. 100Hz: If light appears to flicker under fluorescents (or dimmers) of 50 Hz. 120Hz: If light appears to flicker under fluorescents (or dimmers) of 60 Hz. 2D 3D Depth (Max / Mid / Min) Selects a level of 3D-image depth for viewing converted 2D images. 3D Adjustment (On / Off) Adjustment of the 3D effect (except in 2D 3D mode). Set to On to enable Effect setting.
Edge Smoother (On / Off) Set to On if you feel the contoured parts of an image are not smooth enough (except in 2D 3D mode). Safety Precautions Displays the precautions for viewing 3D images. = Note = ●● Display the image (TV, external input, etc.) full-screen to use this function completely. Source image format If the picture appears to be abnormal, refer to the table of images that can be seen for each 3D Mode Selection (Manual) and the source image format, and select the correct 3D mode.
