In each Viewing Mode, Contrast, Brightness, Colour, Tint, Sharpness, Colour Temperature, Vivid Colour, Ambient Sensor, Noise Reduction, MPEG Remaster, Resolution Remaster, Caption Smoother, Brilliance Enhancer, Intelligent Frame Creation and 24p Smooth Film can be adjusted and stored. When in Custom or Professional1 / 2 mode, Advanced Settings can be adjusted additionally. The settings in Custom or Professional1 / 2 mode can be stored for each input. ●● You can set Viewing Mode in 2D and 3D mode for each.
Aspect Change the aspect ratio (image size) with ASPECT. ■■To change the aspect ratio manually 1. Display Aspect Selection list with ASPECT 2. TV Guide Using TV Guide TV Guide - Electronic Programme Guide (EPG) provides an on-screen listing of the programmes currently broadcast and the forthcoming broadcasts over the next seven days (depending on the broadcasters). 1. Timer Programming The Timer Programming menu allows you to choose programmes that you want to remind watching or record to the USB HDD. Guide link programming ■■Guide link programming (Timer Programming from the TV Guide signal) Guide link programming is Timer Programming which is controlled by information from the TV Guide; if programme start and end times are changed by the broadcaster, the timer programming event will follow the change. Teletext Digital text service Digital text services (MHEG) differ greatly from analogue teletext. When you switch to a digital text service, the images you see can contain graphics and text, laid out and controlled in a manner decided by the broadcaster. 1. Recording USB HDD setup Preparations You can record the digital TV programmes to the connected USB HDD and enjoy playing back in various ways. ●● Prepare the USB HDD for the exclusive use of recording with this TV. ●● Connect the USB HDD to the USB 3 port with the USB cable. ●● Be sure to connect the USB HDD to the socket outlet. ●● To remove the USB HDD safely from the TV, perform Safely remove USB in USB Device Setup.
