Panduit’scassettelinesandtofullycomplywiththewiringsequencesdictatedinstandardsTIA‐568‐
C.0andTIA‐598‐C.AlthoughcassettesarenotidentifiedordefinedintheTIA‐568‐C.0cabling
standard,Panduithas
decidedtopursuethischangetomeetthespecialcircumstancesandneedsof
ourcustomers.ThiswiringchangeensuresthatPanduitCassettesarefullyinteroperablewithall
productsthatfullycomplywiththeMethodApolarityguidelines.
AsseeninFigure1below,theTIA‐598‐CcolorstandardforabreakoutcablethatisMPOkeydownand
LCkeyupdictatesthatFiber1isblue,Fiber2isorange,etc.Alloddfibernumbersarepositionedin
theA‐sideoftheduplexingclipandalltheevenfibernumbersarepositionedintheB‐sideofthe
duplexingclip.
