• For solid and stranded CU wire

• Use tool: CT-100A, CT-1570*

or CT-200

• Strip length 1/2" (11.1 mm)

• Twist all wires together

CRIMPING INSTRUCTIONS – TOOL CT-100A, CT1570* and CT-200

1. Trim wires to specified strip length.

2. Firmly twist stripped wires together.

3. Insert wires into wire joint.

4. Insert wire joint in 12 – 10 crimping die. Center the crimping die over

the wire joint (see below) and crimp by closing handles firmly.

5. Trim off excess wire.
