Safety Tags
Tag Holder Systems
Insert, enclose and contain your status alert tags in a
secure tag holder system.
• Mount durable plastic holder and insert tag to display alert status
• Default “DO NOT USE” message shows when no tag is inserted
• Available in two styles:
(A) Secure-Status – Durable plastic holder measures
10"H x 3 1/2"W x 3/8" overall with 5 1/2"H x 2 3/4"”W clear view
front window. Upper jaws close to fit onto post rails or poles up to
2 3/8" diameter or through any 1/2" opening to lock out a device.
Accommodates up to four padlocks (sold separately).
(B) Status Alert – Durable 0.060" thick plastic holder measures
12"H x 4 1/2"W overall with a 2 3/4" diameter opening at top.
Insert tag into the 5 1/2"H x 4 1/2"W clear polycarbonate plastic
front pocket, secure with nylon tie (sold separately) and mount in
a visible location with large opening at the top.
