Blanking Solutions
To mitigate the possibility of overheating of equipment, control energy costs, and guard against possible
downtime in today’s busy data centers, Panduit has provided solutions for reducing bypass airflow through
open spaces in racks and cabinets. From the basic rack filler panels and the truly tool-less blanking panels, to
the revolutionary 4 RU – 45 RU, easy-to-install/operate full-length blanking shade, Panduit offers a full array of
blanking solutions.
To seal inconsistently sized openings that do not conform to above blanking solutions, Panduit offers
blanking foam strips to minimize gaps in and around network cabinets to prevent bypass air. Removable
and repositionable, the adhesive-backed foam strips can be stacked, folded, rolled, or manipulated to
seal various-size openings not typically filled by tool-less blanking panels or other standard blanking
options. Single-roll packaging – 4.00" (101.6mm) x 100.00" (2540.0mm).
