2. Industry level ball screw slide:
The main part of the 3D printer: motion structure was all designed by experienced structure engineers. The
main structure parts were made by high quality aluminium alloy, strong and stable. Instead the traditional
belt-rail guide motion system, Panowin use high quality ball screw slide for every axis. And taken the
advantage of high quality step motor the printer can make the resolution with 0.1mm, layer thickness
0.05mm.
3. Turbo fan cooling extruder:
The high quality turbo-fan cooling extruder compared with high quality step motor extruder can
feed the material smoothly and quickly. The heating nozzle can be selected as diameter 0.2/0.4/0.6
mm, to fit different kind of products. The high efficient heating module can heat the nozzle from 0 to
200 centigrade within 2 minutes. The precision temperature sensor will making temperature
detective all the time to ensure the extruder was working in the correct condition.
