4 Select and touch a device among those paired with the Breakout™. The other party will receive a
message to accept the file.
RENAMING THE DEVICE
1 Touch Apps from the Home Screen. Touch Settings .
2 Touch Wireless & networks > Bluetooth settings.
3 Touch Bluetooth to activate the technology.
4 Touch Device name and enter a new name.
5 Touch OK.
MAKING Breakout™ A MODEM
The Breakout™ provides other devices with an Internet connection by becoming a Wi-Fi hotspot.
ACTIVATING THE MOBILE BROADBAND
1 Connect the Breakout™ with an electronic device using the USB cable.
2 Touch Apps
from the Home Screen. Touch Settings .
3 Touch Wireless & networks > Mobile Broadband Connect.
4 Touch Activate to activate the technology. The electronic device that is connected to the
Breakout™ can now access the Internet.
Note You cannot use a few applications that require Internet connection while using the mobile broadband
technology.
