- Maintain the unit dry and use it in a normal temperature. Any temperature over 55?C
(131?F) or below ?20?C(-4?F) could damage the unit.
- Do not keep or use the unit in dust or an unhygienic place.
- Do not attempt to dissemble the unit.
- Do not drop or give impact on the unit.
- Do not apply chemicals, solvents, or detergents to the unit for the purpose of cleaning.
- When the unit is not properly operated, please contact the nearest dealer shop
immediately.
- Use only approved batteries, chargers, and accessories. Any damage on the unit,
caused by the use of unauthorized products, we do not apply the warranty.
- Ensure that the grounding conductor of batteries or chargers is not touched the
dielectric.
Troubleshooting
When any problems occurred in using the unit, please refer to the checklist as below. If a
problem is persistent, please contact a nearest dealer shop or service center.
When the “Insert SIM Card” message displayed:
Ensure that the SIM card is properly installed. After confirming the proper
operation of the SIM, if any damages found in the SIM card, please bring it to a service
provider or clean up the connection of the SIM card.
When the “Handset locked enter password” message displayed:
Input a lock code. If you fail to remember the lock code, please contact the
