ERASE MSG. GROUP

To erase a new group, press [Menu] , .
Select the group name to be deleted.

Press Right Soft Key [Option] then select “Erase”.
Only Group names the user has added can be erased.

“Erase message group?” will be displayed.

Press Right Soft Key [Yes]. “ERASED” will be
displayed.
H GROUPS
Allows you to classify phone entries into groups.
Existing groups include No Group, Family, Friends, Colleagues and
Business.
ADD NEW MESSAGE GROUP

To add a new group, press [Menu] , .
A maximum of five groups is allowed.

Press Left Soft Key [New].

Input a new group name.

To save it, press [SAVE].

SEND TEXT MESSAGE

To send a text message to a group, press [Menu]
, .
Select an existing group name.

Press Right Soft Key [Option] then select
“Text Message”.

Complete the “Text” field.

Press Right Soft Key [Option] then select
“Save As Draft”, “Add Quick Text” or “Priority Level”.
Press [SEND]. Please refer to page 91 for more
details on “New Text Message”.
SEND PICTURE MESSAGE

To send a Picture Message to a group, press
[Menu] , .
Select an existing group name.

Press Right Soft Key [Option] then select “Picture
Message”.

Complete the “Subject”, “Text”, “More”, “Cc” and
“Bcc” fields. Please refer to page 92 for more details
on “Picture Message”.

Press [Option] then select “Save As Draft” or “Pri-
ority Level”. Press [SEND]. Please refer to page 92
for more details on “Picture Message”.
