12.1.7. Sound/volume (applicable to machine with the fax feature)

You may set the up and down of sound/volume or shut down.

1) Press "Menu" to enter the menu setting interface.

2) Press "▲" or "▼" to select "System Setting" and then press "OK".

3) Press "▲" or "▼" to select "Sound/Volume" and then press "OK" to do settings on

"Prompt Tone", "Ring Tone", "Fax Tone" and "Master Volume".

12.1.8. Time/date (applicable to machine with the fax feature)

You may set the time and date with the Time/Date option.

1) Press "Menu" to enter the menu setting interface.

2) Press the "OK" button to select "System Settings" option.

3) Press "▲" or "▼" to select "Time/date" and then press "OK" to do settings on "Date"
