9. what can I do if the pen of Parblo A640 doesn't work?

1.Uninstall the driver of A640

2.Test the pen without the driver. If the pen still can't respond, the hardware is defective. If the

pen can respond, go to step 3.

3.Make sure you have completely removed any other tablet drivers on your computer, then install

the driver of A640.
