MOBILITY The appliance is fitted with wheels at the rear $o that, #s it is installed on a flexible connection, it may be moved for cleaning. Open the oven door fully and slide out the oven roof, raise the appliance off its front feet by lifting at both ends of the fascia panel and pull forward on the rear wheels. THE HOTPLATE The size and thickness of saucepans vary and the type and quantity of food can affect a particular cooking rate. it is not possible to give an exact guide ta the settings to use, but all burners are easily adjusted to any rate of cooking between the small and large flames. A very slow simmer may be achieved by turning the knob slowly in a clockwise direction beyond the small Lama, When the hotplate burners are in use a slight popping noise may occur, this does not effect the performance.
THE OVEN The oven is large enough to cook a family dinner large turkey which should be placed in a suitably sized roasting tin, There are five oven shelf positions, Directions for using the various shelf positions are given on the cooking chart on pages 14 and 16, Count shelf positions from the 16p of the oven. There are 'stops’ on the oven shelves which 1 prevent the shelf being inadvertently pulled out.
SLOWEST OVEN CONTROL The "Slowest’ mark, which is indicated the oven thermostat knob, silos you to arrange your day more conveniently by leaving fad to cook itself at very low temperature.
