Thisfunctioncanautomaticallyidentify“UTF-8”and“Unicode”
formatsof“Notepad ”onthecomputer.Theusercanpastethecontentofan
e-bookto“Notepad ”onthecomputer,click ing“SaveAs”in“File”menu,and
thenselect“Coding”typeasformatof“UTF-8”or“Unicode”,savingthefile
to“E-book ”directoryonthephone,thus,byopeningthis e-book , theusercan
read it withoutsetting“CodingFormat”.
Incaseoftheuserclick“SaveAs”in“File”menuonthewebpage,
with“CodingFormat”selectedas“SimplifiedChinese(GB2312)”,“Unicode”
or“Unicode-UTF8”,“SaveType”selectedas“TextFile(*.txt)”,savingthe
fileto“E-book”directoryonthephone(orthememorycard),andopenthe
e-bookbythephone,then it requirethepreset“CodingFormat”sametothat
ofthee-book .It is recommendedthatset“CodingFormat”in“System
Pr esetting”on e-book asthedefault“GB2312(SimplifiedChinese)”,with
webpagessavesasthedefault“SimplifiedChinese(GB2312)”,thus it does
notrequire“CodingFormat”settingduringopeningthee-bookreader.

Inter net(usuallyofSimplifiedChineseGB2312format)tothedirectoryof
“E-book”onthephone(orthememorycard),andthenreadthembythe
functionofe-bookreaderprovidedbythephone.Inputexchangeratefirst
