Set-up
1. Screw one end of the flexible tub-
ing through a lock nut into the
mating hole of the Base Adapter
Rod.
2. Secure the Base Adapter Rod in a
base or table clamp either by
clamping it or screwing it into a
1/2-13 threaded hole.
3. Screw a second lock nut onto the
threaded stud on the free end of
the Flexible Tubing.
4. If the equipment to be mounted
includes a 1/4-20 threaded hole
(such as a PASCO sensor), screw
it loosely onto the threaded stud; then tighten the lock nut
against it.
5. To attach the included rod clamp or double clamp, screw it
loosely onto the threaded stud; then tighten the lock nut
against it.
6. To attach the included three-finger clamp, first attach a rod
clamp or double clamp to the flexible tubing. Mount the
three-finger clamp in the rod clamp and tighten the thumb-
screw to hold it in place.
