Warranty Guide

Limited One Year Product Warranty
Except for any express warranty included within the packaging of a specific product,
Legrand/Pass & Seymour warrants that its products are free of defects in workmanship
or materials under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of
shipment. Legrand/Pass & Seymour's sole responsibility in the event of breach of warranty
shall be, at Legrand/Pass & Seymour’s election, to repair or provide replacement for the
Product with respect to which such warranty is breached or to return payments made with Product with respect to which such warranty is breached or to return payments made with
respect to such Product. In no event, including breach or non-fulfillment of the foregoing
limited warranty, shall Legrand/Pass & Seymour be liable for loss of profits or incidental,
indirect, consequential or special damages of any kind. The warranty set forth in this
paragraph is Legrand/Pass & Seymour’s sole warranty with respect to the Products.
Distributor acknowledges and agrees that Legrand/Pass & Seymour is not liable for any
representations and/or warranties that Distributor may have made or given to any customer
or end-user of the Products. Distributor shall indemnify and hold Legrand/Pass & Seymour or end-user of the Products. Distributor shall indemnify and hold Legrand/Pass & Seymour
harmless from any claim of violation of any such representation or warranty asserted by any
third party against Legrand/Pass & Seymour.
Legrand/Pass & Seymour makes no other warranty of any kind whatsoever, express or implied,
including, without limitation, any warranty against infringement of any third party’s intellectual
property rights, and all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
are hereby disclaimed by Legrand/Pass & Seymour and excluded from this agreement.

Obtaining Warranty Service
Customer must contact a Legrand/Pass & Seymour authorized Distributor within applicable
warranty period to obtain warranty service. Dated proof of original purchase from
Legrand/Pass & Seymour or its authorized Reseller or Distributor will be required.
