● 配線および工事を伴う設置は専門業者、または電気的知識のある技術者がおこなってください。

感電､火災、落下、故障などの危険があります。

●

屋外または水のかかる場所へ設置される場合は、横および逆さ方向の取付けは避けてください。ケース

底の水抜き穴などから浸水するとケース内部に水がたまり、不灯・感電・電源焼損などの原因となります。

●

RUP,RH/RK(B)-AUL,RHE(B)/RKE(B)-UL型は屋内専用です。雨・水などのかからない場所でご使用ください。

● 高所へ設置される場合は、補修のしやすい足場のある場所をお選びください。

（高所に設置されると、風などによる振動の影響で電球寿命が短くなることがあります。）

●

振動が激しい場合は、電球寿命が短くなりますので、次の事項をお守りください。

RH(B)-AUL,RK(B)-AULをご使用の際は、必ず、マウントラバー(SZ-200A)を取り付けてください。

●

RH(B)-AUL,RK(B)-AULをご使用の際は、Type 1 Enclosure 平面取付用途で使用してください。

●

RH(B)-AUL,RK(B)-AULをご使用の際は、最大周囲温度60℃条件で使用してください。

(a) 振動および衝撃のある装置へ直接の取付けは避けてください。

(b) 振動が加わる状態での柱・壁への取付けは避けてください。

また取付アングル（ステー）は、回転灯が風や振動で揺れない頑丈なものをご使用ください。

●

Ask a specialist or an electric engineer about wiring or a construction. Electric shock, fire and fall may occur.

● To avoid lost lighting, electric shock and burnout of power source; do not install the product horizontally and

upside down in the place where it get wet. If water goes into the product, it will cause short circuit.

●

Model RUP,

RH/RK(B)-AUL,RHE(B)/RKE(B)-UL

is for indoor use only.

It should be used in a place where it is protected from rain and water.

●

When installing the unit in a high place, choose the place where a foothold can be secured for case in repairs.

●

Follow the precautions below to keep bulb's life from vibration.

For the model RH(B)-AUL,RK(B)-AUL, Make sure to use the rubber gasket(SZ-200A) when installing.

For the model RH(B)-AUL,RK(B)-AUL, for use on a flat surface of a Type 1 Enclosure.

●

For the model RH(B)-AUL,RK(B)-AUL, maximum surrounding air temperature is at 60℃.

(a) Do not install directly on vibrating or shock-producing equipment.

(b) Do not install on a column or a wall experiencing vibration.

Use rigid L brackets in order to prevent swing of the light caused by wind and other vibrations.

・取付部分の取付穴（取付面寸法図参照）の加工をおこなってください。

・付属のナット類を用いて固定してください。

・取付穴の加工は付属の”取付型紙”を用いると便利です。

・Please process mounting hole to attachment portion.

・Please fix using attached nuts.

・Machining of mounting hole is convenient if an attached paper pat tam is used.

●

配線時は必ず電源を切りおこなってください。ショートによる内部回路の焼損や感電の危険があります。

● 直流・交流および、使用電圧を間違えないよう確かめてから配線してください。

●

配線は間違いのないよう十分注意してください。配線を間違うと内部回路が焼損し火災の原因になります｡

●

配線は「配線例」に従い圧着端子などで確実に配線してください。なお、RH型はフックを利用して固定してください。

● 外部接点S1,S2,S3は無電圧有接点スイッチまたは有接点リレーを使用してください。

● 無接点リレー使用の場合はシンク型無接点リレーまたはオープンコレクタトランジスタを使用してくだ

さい。ソース型および交流用無接点リレーは使用できません。

● 配線例のように電源側には必ず外部接点保護用ヒューズを入れてください。

配線間違いなど、万一の場合の電源焼損が防げます。

突入電流は定格電流の約10倍

スイッチ、リレーなどは突入電流を考慮して選定してください。

● 配線時にリード線を引っ張ったり、ポールまたはボディ内に押し込まないでください。

● RH（B）,RK（B）,RHE（B）,RKE（B）型は配線後必ずターミナルカバーを取り付けてください。

● 電子ブザー用信号端子（S3）に電圧を加えないでください。内部回路が故障します。

● Turn off the power supply before making wiring connections. Neglecting to so may cause an electric shock.

● Confirm the working voltage of the product.

● Wiring should be careful enough there to be for no mistake. If wiring is mistaken, an internal circuit will be

damaged and it will become the cause of a fire.

● Follow the wiring example about wiring. Be sure to use crimp type terminal connections.

Fix wiring by using the hook in Model RH.

● Use no-voltage contact switch or contact relay for outside contact point S1,S2 and S3.

● In case a non-contact relay is connected, use a sink type non-contact relay or an open-collector transistors

(source type and non-contact relay for AC are not applicable).

● Make sure to set fuse in a power supply side, please connect a fuse. When you use this product for security

purpose, routine inspection must be done.

● Choose the switches and relays in consideration of starting current.

The starting current must be with in 10 times as high as high as the rated current.

（SKHE（B）,RHE（B）,RKE（B）：About 20 times）

● Do not pull lead wire and push it in pole and body when wiring.

● A Model RH（B）,RK（B）,RHE（B） and RKE（B） are be sure to refit the terminal cover after wiring.

●

Do not supply voltage into signal terminals(S3) of electronic buzzer, otherwise the inside circuit would be damage.

・端子台への配線は必ず圧着端子を用いて確実におこなってください。

・

圧着端子は,絶縁皮膜付丸型端子（外径φ８mm以下）を使用してください。

・圧着端子は,付属のM3×6のビスにて止めてください。

（最大締付トルク:0.6N･m）

・圧着端子取付け後、右図のように電源線を線処理してください。

・

RH（B）/RK（B）-24AUL型はClass2回路から電源を供給してください。

・RH（B）/RK（B）-AUL 型は耐熱 75℃以上の銅線を使用してください。

・

Connect the lead wire to the terminal block by the solder less terminal.

・Use the solder less terminal with ring tongue and φ8mm or less in

external diameter.

・

Fix the solderless terminal by the M3X6 screws of accessory.

（Max. torque: 0.6N･m)

・Process the power supply wires as the right figure after the solder less

terminal installation.

For RH(B)/RK(B)-24AUL

Use Class 2 Circuit for the power supply source.

２．電球交換［Change Bulb］

（1）電源を切る。（スイッチにOFFする。）

（2）グローブを外す。（上記"グローブ交換"参照）

（3）電球を下方へ押し、左方向へ回し取り外す。

（4）新しい電球を下方へ押し、右方向へ回し取り付ける。

（5）グローブを取り付ける。（上記 "グローブ交換"参照）

（1） Make sure power is turned off when changing bulb.

（2） Remove the dome turning it to the left. （Refer to the "Change dome"）

（3） Press the bulb and turn it to the left to detach from the socket.

（4）

Fix new bulb into the socket by pressing right ward.

（5） The dome is attached. （Refer to the "Change dome"）

※使用される電球は、必ず銘板に

● Do not use any bulb other than specified on name 8. specification and name plate.

● Make sure power is turned off and the temperature of electric bulb falls down for repair to avoid electric

shock and burn.

● To clean dome and body, wipe with water or glass cleaner soaked soft cloth.

Do not use thinner, benzine, gasoline or oil as these cause color change or deform the surface.

● Do not lubricate oil to the motor and rotor, it makes the motor stop.

● Do not use the hands to rotate the reflector.

●使用される電球は必ず「8.仕様」の項、または「銘板」に表示された指定の電球を使用してください。

●電球交換など補修される際は感電や火傷防止のため必ず電源を切り、電球の熱が十分に下がって

からおこなってください。

●グローブやケースの汚れは水を含んだ柔らかい布で拭いてください。シンナー・ベンジン・ガソリン・油な

どで拭くと表面を侵し変色,変形する恐れがあります。

●モータおよびロータ部へは注油しないでください。モータ内に油が入り故障の原因となります。

●手で反射鏡を回さないでください。回転不具合など故障の原因となります。

注意［Caution］

１．グローブ交換［Change Dome］

（1）電源を切る。（スイッチOFFにする。）

（2）グ

ローブを左方向へ回し、ボディより取り外す。

（3）新しいグローブを取付け、右方向に回しボディへ取り

付ける。

※ボディやブラケットに取り付けられているOリングは劣化により亀裂や

断裂が発生した場合は、防水構造に

支障をきたしますので、交換をおこなってください。

Oリングは摩耗・劣化・疲労がないか定期的に確認

noise suppression parts (ferritic core) are installed in the power supply wire or earth wire, it might be ameliorable.
