GENERAL:

HeatController,Inc.warrantsanypartofthePATRIOT80OilFurnace

againstfailureundernormaluseandservicewithintheperiodsand

specificationslistedbelow.

HEATEXCHANGERWARRANTY:

HeatController,Inc.warrantstheprimaryheatexchangerandthe

secondaryheatexchangerto theoriginalownerfor theirlifetime

subjecttothefollowingprovisionswheninstalledinthepurchasers

privatelyownedresidence.Intheeventof heatexchangerfailure

duringthewarrantyperiod,HeatController,Inc.willfurnishareplace-

mentheatexchanger.Ifnotavailableforanyreason,HeatController,

Inc.shallhavetherighttoinsteadallowacrediti~theamountofthe

thencurrentsuggestedretailsellingpriceoftheheatexchanger(oran

equivalentheatexchanger),towardtheretailpurchasepriceofany

otherHeatController,Inc.oilfurnace.

TWENTYYEARWARRANTY:

HeatController,Inc.warrantstheprimaryheatexchangerandsecondaryheat

exchangerof thePATRIOT80 OilFurnaceinstalledin a non-residential

applicationor in privatelyownedresidencespurchasedfromtheoriginal

fumaceownerfortwenty(20)yearsfromdateoforiginalinstallation,subject

to proofofpurchase. overT
